Clubfit Boot Camp
Boot camp is a military inspired workout that consists of
body weight based exercises such as pushups, situp and
chinups combined with agility/obstacle course work and
running. Performed in a team setting, it emphasizes
cooperation and competition. Challenging and fun,
Clubfit Boot Camp is the fastest way to get in shape!
Get in
shape, lose the weight, and meet new friends during boot camp
classes offered at Clubfit. Classes will be held indoors at Clubfit or outdoors at Wall Springs Park at convenient
times. Every participant will be evaluated on an individual
basis and will be given a comprehensive long term plan to
maintain a healthy, lean lifestyle.
